QL2 – Round 4

Back to the Quiz League!  Round 4 will be due by Monday, March 21 at 10pm (Central).  Email your answers to russ@springfieldtrivia.com when you’re ready.  1 bonus point to the first person to Tweet a link to this week’s round.  If you don’t have a Twitter account, Facebook will work too.  If you don’t have either, you probably don’t use the internet enough to do well at this anyway.

  1. Listen to the following clips then for 1 point each, name the title and artist of all 6 clips.  For a bonus point, send me the title of any song that could be added to this group.

Audio clip: Adobe Flash Player (version 9 or above) is required to play this audio clip. Download the latest version here. You also need to have JavaScript enabled in your browser.

  2. For 1 point each, explain each of these equations:

    DA + PC = TBK
    JL + SJ + PC + GM + SV(JR) = SP
    S(GS) + AS + SC + HP = TP
  3. I recently did an image search for a single word.  The image below contains 6 references to that word.  For 2 points, tell me the word, then explain the references for 1 point.
  4. A chronological list starts from the beginning like this: Switzerland, Netherlands, France, Netherlands, France, Luxembourg, France, Denmark, Italy, _______ This is by no means the end of the list, but for 4 points, what country comes after Italy chronologically?
  5. For 3 points, name the movie:
